Campaign Contribution Information
Thank you for supporting Art Freund for Kansas!
Please keep the following Kansas campaign finance rules in mind:
Individuals may contribute up to $1,000 per election (primary and general elections are separate).
Cash contributions are limited to $200. Contributions over $200 must be made by check, credit card, or another permitted non-cash method.
Contributions must be made from your own personal funds.
Corporations, labor unions, national banks, and foreign nationals may not contribute.
Kansas law requires us to collect your name, address, occupation, and contribution amount for campaign finance reporting.
Campaign contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
