2022 Georgia Victory Committee (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Team Herschel, Inc. (the “Campaign”), Georgia Republican Party Inc. (Federal Account), NRSC, and the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), and made pursuant to this Joint Fundraising Notice (“Notice”) will be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee:
Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $526,800. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Campaign shall receive any contribution not exceeding $2,900 for the run-off election.
2. Any additional contribution not exceeding $30,000 shall be evenly divided between State Party, NRSC, and RNC.
3. Any additional contribution not exceeding $53,000 shall be evenly divided between the General Accounts for the NRSC and RNC.
4. Campaign shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $2,900 for its Recount Fund.
5. NRSC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
6. RNC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
7. NRSC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
8. RNC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
Contributions Made by a Federal Multicandidate Political Committee:
Multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $225,000. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Campaign shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 for the run-off election.
2. Any additional contribution not exceeding $15,000 shall be evenly divided between State Party, NRSC, and RNC
3. Any additional contribution not exceeding $20,000 shall be evenly divided between the General Accounts for the NRSC and RNC.
4. Campaign shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $5,000 for its Recount Fund.
5. NRSC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
6. RNC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
7. NRSC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
8. RNC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
Once the JFC allocates $3,000,000 to the State Party and $4,000,000 to the RNC from JFC contributions, as determined by JFC Treasurer, the Allocation Formula above shall cease to be effective, and the following Allocation Formula shall immediately come into effect:
Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee:
Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $261,300. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Campaign shall receive any contribution not exceeding $2,900 for the run-off election.
2. NRSC shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $36,500 to its General Account.
3. Campaign shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $2,900 for its Recount Fund.
4. NRSC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
5. NRSC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $109,500.
Contributions Made by a Federal Multicandidate Political Committee:
Multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $160,000. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Campaign shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 for the run-off election.
2. NRSC shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $15,000 to its General Account.
3. Campaign shall receive any additional contribution not exceeding $5,000 for its Recount Fund.
4. NRSC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
5. NRSC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
6. RNC shall receive for its Headquarters Account any additional contribution not exceeding $45,000.
Contributions to 2022 Georgia Victory Committee, or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The contributor’s signature designates his or her contribution to the elections described above. Contributions that exceed a donor’s contribution limit to a participating Committee shall be reallocated to the remaining Committees according to this allocation formula to the extent permitted by FECA. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participant Committee to the extent permitted by FECA. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
