Contributions to Abraham Enriquez for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the following limits: the maximum amount an individual or federal non-multicandidate PAC may contribute is $10,500, which is $3,500 for the 2026 primary runoff election, $3,500 for the 2026 primary election debt retirement (until such debt is extinguished) and $3,500 for the general election; from a couple, out of joint funds and with both signatures, the maximum amount is $21,000, which is, $7,000 for the 2026 primary runoff election, $7,000 for the 2026 primary election debt retirement (until such debt is extinguished) and $7,000 for the 2026 general election. A federal multicandidate PAC may contribute $5,000 per election. Contributions in any amount from corporations, national banks, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, employer and occupation of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election cycle. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.
