Alaska First Fund is a joint fundraising committee composed of and authorized by Save America, Kelly for Alaska, Alaska PAC, Sarah for Alaska, and Save and Restore Alaskan Honor PAC (“Alaska First”). Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
All contributions to Alaska First Fund permissible under FECA shall be allocated among the committees as follows: The legal maximum in federal funds that an individual or PAC (multicandidate PAC in parentheses) may contribute to Alaska First Fund is $21,600 ($30,000).
I. The first $5,800 ($10,000), split evenly between Kelly for Alaska general election account) and Sarah for Alaska (general election account);
II. The next $10,000 ($10,000) split evenly between Alaska PAC and Save and Restore Alaskan Honor PAC;
III. The next $2,900 ($5,000) to Sarah for Alaska’s Primary 2022 debt retirement until that debt is extinguished;
IV. The remainder, up to $2,900 ($5,000) to Sarah for Alaska’s Special General 2022 debt retirement until that debt is extinguished.
Notwithstanding this allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
The maximum amount an individual or PAC (multicandidate in parentheses) may contribute to Alaska First Fund is $21,600 ($30,000).
Contributions to Alaska First Fund are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited
