Contributions to Alex Pelbath for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the following limits: the maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate PAC may contribute is $10,500, which is $3,500 for the 2026 primary election, $3,500 for the 2026 primary runoff election, if one occurs or to the 2026 general election; and $3,500 for the 2026 general election; from a multicandidate PAC, the maximum amount is $15,000, which is $5,000 per election; from a couple, out of joint funds and with both signatures, the maximum amount is $21,000, which is $7,000 for the 2026 primary election; $7,000 for the 2026 primary runoff election, if one occurs or to the 2026 general election; and $7,000 for the 2026 general election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), labor unions, and federal contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, employer and occupation of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
