Ticket prices include a 4.1% credit card processing fee. After Oct. 8, 2026, ticket prices will include a $25.00/person late fee along with a 4.1% credit card processing fee.

RSVPs ARE NOT VALID UNTIL PAYMENT AND ALL GUEST NAMES ARE RECEIVED.

If you are a CORPORATION or LABOR UNION, contributions in excess of $2,000.00 per year are prohibited by law. Please refer to Indiana Code § 3-9-2-4 before entering information below.
