Participate in the Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program, Minnesota residents are eligible to be reimbursed for contributions of up to $50 per person (or up to $100 for married couples) in CASH, through the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program. Eligible individuals will be mailed a contribution receipt (Form EP-3). You can download and print the PCR Application, or we can send you one. Please note that you must fill out the form and mail it with the receipt to the Department of Revenue with your banking information to receive your reimbursement via Direct Deposit. Often it takes around 4 weeks. (Checks may take longer)

Contribution rules
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Allen Shen for State House are not tax-deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions to Allen Shen for State House exceed $200 for an election cycle. Contributions are limited to $1,000 per individual for the 2021-2022 election cycle.
