Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Individuals can give $3,500 per election, per candidate. Qualified federal PACS may contribute $5,000 per election and non-qualified federal PACS may contribute $2,500 per election. Federal law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 per election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status (green card holders) are prohibited. Federal law prohibits reimbursing donors for their contributions.
