Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from individuals, unincorporated unions, political action committees and unincorporated trade associations are limited to $68,329 for the 2022 election cycle (13,729 Republican primary, 7,500 Conservative primary and 47,100 Republican general). Partnerships that contribute in excess of $2,500 total over the course of the election cycle will be required to identify the individual partner(s) responsible for the contribution and the attributed amount will be counted against each partner's individual contribution limit. Total contributions from a corporation or LLC may not exceed $5,000 per calendar year in the aggregate to all New York state and local candidates and committees combined.
