I’m a mom, a wife, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and one of the youngest members of Congress.

But I didn’t come from a political family. I didn’t grow up wealthy. I didn’t go to an Ivy League school.

I grew up fighting tooth & nail for EVERYTHING I had.

My childhood looked very different from the lives of most people in Washington.

My father struggled with substance abuse. I watched him go in and out of jail, experience homelessness, and struggle just to get by. I remember visiting him and going grocery shopping with food stamps.

My mother was a young, single mom who faced struggles of her own. She endured an abusive marriage while raising me, my younger sister, and my younger brother.

At one point, we even sought help at a women’s shelter — but the conditions were so unsafe that my mom had no choice but to bring us back home.

Then, going into my sophomore year of high school, my mom escaped that abusive marriage and applied to law school while raising three children.

Things weren't easy. But she never gave up.

Neither did I.

My family’s struggles taught me something at a very young age: You may not be able to control the circumstances you’re born into, but you can control what you do with them.

I had to grow up fast. I learned what it meant to work hard, persevere, and stand up for people who needed someone in their corner.

That eventually led me to serve our country in the United States Air Force. And today, I have the honor of serving you in Congress.

I’m living proof that the American Dream is still alive.

But now, that dream is under attack.

The radical Left wants to fundamentally transform the country we love. They want unsecure elections, higher taxes, open borders,  and policies that make life harder for hardworking American families.

And they will spend MILLIONS to defeat conservatives like me who are willing to fight back.

I know exactly why they’re coming after me.

I’m a veteran. I’m a mom. I’m a wife. I’m a conservative. And I’m not afraid to stand up for America First principles.

So let me be straight with you about something.

This fight is not getting easier.

Till November the attacks will keep getting more aggressive. The spending will keep escalating. And the Left will do everything it can to take out conservatives who refuse to back down.

I’ve never been someone who gives up when things get difficult. My entire life has been about fighting through adversity.

But I cannot do this alone.

I need patriots like you standing with me.
