My name is Bill Spinney and I call Jurupa Valley home. I’m a Constitutional Conservative, Defender of 2nd Amendment Rights, and a Fiscal Conservative at heart. I’m taking those same beliefs and policies to directly fight against the Progressive Democrat here in California’s 39th Congressional district. It’s time for a change of leadership. Under the current representative’s watch and this presidential administration we have seen our gas prices rise, inflation continue to skyrocket, and not to mention the failed leadership with our military and infrastructure.
