Contributions to Bo Hines for Congress are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,300 per election. Your contribution (up to $3,300) will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,300 will be designated for the general election. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
