Georgia law allows the following maximum contributions to statewide candidates:
• Primary Election: $8,400
• Primary Runoff: $4,800
• General Election: $8,400
• General Runoff: $4,800
Unless otherwise noted, contributions will be designated in the following order as permitted by law:
1. Primary Election
2. Primary Runoff Election
3. General Election
4. General Runoff Election
If any election does not occur or the candidate does not participate, your contribution will be applied to the next scheduled election.
Contributions are not tax deductible. Corporate, individual, PAC, and LLC contributions are permitted. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
