Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Byron Donalds Victory Fund (“BDVF”) is a joint fundraising committee on behalf of Byron Donalds for Congress (“Donalds”), Proven Conservatives PAC (“PCPAC”), the Republican Party of Florida (“FLGOP”), and the NRCC (“NRCC”). Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated among the committees as follows:
(i) Byron Donalds for Congress (“Donalds”) shall receive any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC not exceeding $6,600, designating up to $3,300 to the primary election and up to $3,300 to the general election, or the first $5,000 of any contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, provided such limits apply;
(ii) The next $5,000 of any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the next $5,000 of any contribution from a multicandidate federal PAC, shall be allocated to PCPAC;
(iii) The next $10,000 of any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the next $5,000 of any contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, shall be allocated to the FLGOP;
(iv) The last $36,500 of any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the last $15,000 of any contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, shall be allocated to the NRCC.
Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that contributor may give to a particular participant.
The maximum amount an individual may contribute to RPVC is $58,100. The maximum amount a multicandidate PAC may contribute is $35,000, non-multicandidate PACs may contribute $57,300.
Contributions to Byron Donalds Victory Fund are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
