My name is Christian Charette, and I am a 20 year-old public library employee and part-time college student running for the Michigan House of Representatives in 2024.  

Like many in District 22 and beyond, I find myself deeply disheartened with the ongoing challenges our state continues to face.  Indeed, these things do not happen overnight, and what Michiganders are feeling is an accumulation of years of frusteration, being left in the dark, and remaining unheard by the leaders they elected to represent their interests.

I didn't enter this race because I thought it would be easy...  I did it because District 22 is in desperate need of a candidate who is willing to put the needs of our community FIRST.  I'm willing to give it my all and do whatever it takes to secure the future of this district and of this state for generations to come...  Will you take this leap with me and join the fight today?
