Contributions to Citizens for Chris Dargis are not tax deductible contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $2,900 per election or $5,800 per couple if check is drawn from a joint account and both signatures are provided. Political Action Committees (PACs) may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
