Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. Funds received are subject to State of Kansas contribution limits. State election law requires us to report the occupation of every individual contributor who makes a contribution over $150. Contributions are limited to $4,000 for the primary election cycle (Ending August 4, 2026) for Governor and Lieutenant Governor combined for each individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, organization and PAC, and $4,000 for the general election cycle (Ending November 3, 2026) for Governor and Lieutenant Governor combined for each individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, organization and PAC. Unless designated otherwise by the contributor, all contributions received will be designated first toward the 2026 primary election, up to the maximum contribution limit, then toward the 2026 general election, up to the maximum contribution limit. Contributions from foreign nationals or which are made in the name of, or refunded by, any other person are prohibited by law.
