Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle. The maximum allowable contribution is $3,300 per election from an individual ($7,000 total: $3,500 for the primary + $3,500 for the general). Contributions to Committee for Ms Rosemary are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited.
