Contributions to CONGRESSIONAL REPUBLICAN ORGANIZATION OF ILLINOIS PAC (CRO-IL PAC) are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose total contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contribution Limits:

Individuals may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to CRO-IL PAC.

Married couples may each contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year. Each spouse must make an individual contribution or sign a check drawn from a joint account that includes both signatures.

Partnerships may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year, provided the contribution is attributed to individual partners in proportion to their ownership share, and each contributing partner’s name and share are disclosed to CRO-IL PAC.
Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals (without permanent resident status) are strictly prohibited. Contributions in cash exceeding $100 are not permitted.
