The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $6,650 and a couple may contribute up to $13,300 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $6,650 per election cycle. PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $13,300 per election cycle. All PACs must be registered with the Maricopa County Recorder or with the Arizona Secretary of State as a standing committee in order to contribute. Contributions to Crawford for Sheriff are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited.
