Contributions or gifts to Curtis Hill for Indiana are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations and labor organizations are limited to $5,000.00 annually. Contributions by individuals, LLC’s and political committees are unlimited. Donations by an individual, in a calendar year, that are over $100.00 require an occupation to be listed. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. By donating to Curtis Hill for Indiana, I certify that (1) I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder); (2) I am at least eighteen (18) years old; and (3) this contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution or that if this contribution is made with corporate funds, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
