Contributions to Dan Rooney for America are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed from another person. Your contribution (up to $3,500) will be designated for the primary election. The next $3,500 will be designated for the run-off election, and the next $3,500 for the general election. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 for each election.
