They say if you find a job you love, you will never work a day in your life!  Being your Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) is that job!  I love what I do and am truly passionate - and compassionate - about serving Kenton County. 

Experience in this position is paramount. I have over 24 years of experience with the PVA Office, am the 1st Female PVA in Kenton County, am a 40-year veteran Realtor/Licensed Broker, and am a proud Registered Republican.

I am honored to be the only PVA out of 120 in the Commonwealth to have earned the prestigious Residential Evaluation Specialist AND Assessment Administration Specialist designations through the International Association of Assessing Offices.  Achieving these designations took time, dedication, and hard work, and demonstrates my ongoing commitment to education in the assessment field.  I have a never-ending quest to improve my skills in the property assessment field.   I also hold two statewide designations that are vital for success in this position:  Senior Kentucky Assessor and Certified Kentucky Assessor.  These designations are only available based on experience in the Property Assessment field.

We continue to accomplish many great things since you supported me to become your PVA in 2014.  I humbly ask for your continued support so that we can continue to make great strides!
