· If an individual, this contribution is made from my own personal funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
· I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent U.S. resident ("green card" holder).
· I consent to live or prerecorded telephone calls, or text message to the phone number I have provided. I understand that my carrier may charge me for these messages and that I can revoke this consent at any time.
Contributions to Dawn Grove for Arizona are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,300 per election cycle and a couple may contribute up to $10,600 per election cycle. A Regular PAC may contribute up to $5,300 and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $10,600. A Mega PAC is a PAC that, due to the large number of contributors to it, is allowed by law to make larger contributions than a regular PAC. PACs and Super PACs must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State in order to contribute. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, trusts, joint ventures, cooperatives, other unincorporated organizations or associations, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Arizona law requires Dawn Grove for Arizona’s best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any individual who contributes more than $50 in an election cycle.
