Federal law requires Dean Tran for Congress to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200.00 in an election cycle. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be from personal funds and not reimbursed by any other person. Contributions to Dean Tran for Congress are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
