All contributions made after 8 p.m. on November 8, 2022 and up to the federal limit will be designated first to 2022 general election debt, then to primary election deb, then designated to the Doctor Oz for Senate recount fund to defray the costs associated with post-election activity. Individuals may contribute up to $2,900 to general election debt, $2,900 to the recount fund and an additional $2,900 to primary election debt. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 toward 2022 general election debt, $5,000 to the recount fund and $5,000 to primary election debt and contributions will be designated as described above. No donations to the recount fund will be used for the purpose of influencing any federal election.
