Idaho Sunshine Laws
Under the Sunshine Laws for the State of Idaho, full names, addresses, occupations, and employers (if not retired or working) need to be submitted as part of a campaign finance report. Individual donations cannot exceed $1,000 for the primary election and $1,000 for the general election. You can submit online donations using a debit or credit card. See below for instructions to mail your donation.
Mail Your Donation
1. Make a check payable to “Dom for Idaho”
2. On the memo line of the check, please indicate that the donation is for “2022 Campaign”
3. Please mail your check to: Dom for Idaho, 3034 W Acarrera Lane Apt 201, Meridian ID 83642.
As with online donations, we need to collect donors’ full names and addresses. Donations are limited to $1,000 from individuals and other legal entities for each election (primary and general).
