Membership is open to Republicans ages 18–40 who reside in Douglas County, Colorado, or who are registered to vote in Douglas County.

As a paying member of DCYR, you can connect with other young conservatives in Douglas County, participate in DCYR activities, vote in DCYR elections after 30 days of membership, and may be eligible to serve as a delegate or represent DCYR at Young Republican conventions.

Annual membership dues are $19 ($10 for students, veterans, and active-duty military).
