Contributions by individuals, LLCs and political committees are unlimited. Contributions by corporations and labor organizations are limited to $2,000 annually among all Indiana State Representative candidates. Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
