Contributions to Flint for Montana are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $7,000 ($3,500 for the primary election and $3,500 for the general election). All donations exceeding the general election 2026 limit will be credited towards primary election 2026 debt retirement to the full legal extent. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without "green cards") and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election.
