Contribution limits:
$1,400 (Primary & General) by an individual
$4,100 (Primary & General) by an organization
$40,800 (Primary), $81,700 (General), by a political party
No corporate checks, but LPAs, LLCs, LPs, LLPs, PAs, and Union PACs are permitted.
On LLC, LPA, and partnership donations, please designate the person making the contribution. Ohio law requires the campaign to obtain the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for each individual who aggregates contributions in excess of $50.
Friends of Judge Lucci does not accept contributions from employees of the General Division of the Lake County Common Pleas Court, including the probation, information technology, and magistrates departments. Any employee who is inadvertently solicited should disregard the invitation to financially support this committee.
