Friends of Miguel Vasquez Campaign Contribution Disclaimer (PA State House – District 126)
Contributions to Friends of Miguel Vasquez are subject to the Pennsylvania Election Code and applicable federal law.
By making a contribution, you certify that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

You are making this contribution voluntarily and not as a condition of employment or in exchange for any promise or agreement.

The funds you are contributing are your own personal funds and are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).

You are not a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States.

You are not making this contribution on behalf of a corporation, labor union, or other prohibited entity, unless such contribution is permitted under Pennsylvania law.
Contribution Limits:
Pennsylvania law does not impose a general limit on contributions to candidates for state office; however, all contributions must comply with applicable reporting and source requirements. Friends of Miguel Vasquez reserves the right to refuse, return, or refund any contribution that is not in compliance with law or campaign policy.
Reporting Requirements:
Under Pennsylvania law, political committees are required to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $250 during a reporting period. By contributing, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for compliance.
Prohibited Contributions Include:

Anonymous contributions

Contributions made in the name of another person (straw donations)

Contributions from foreign nationals without permanent residency

Cash contributions in excess of $100

Any contribution otherwise prohibited by Pennsylvania or federal law
Corporate & Organizational Contributions:
Pennsylvania law permits certain contributions from corporations and other entities to state candidates; however, such contributions must comply with all applicable legal requirements. Contributors should consult legal counsel if they have questions regarding permissibility.
Use of Funds:
All contributions will be used for lawful political purposes in connection with Miguel Vasquez’s campaign for Pennsylvania State Representative, District 126.
Refund Policy:
Any contribution that is determined to be impermissible under applicable law will be refunded.
No Tax Deduction:
Political contributions are not tax-deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.
