Under Texas law, individuals, PACs, and certain partnerships and limited liability companies may contribute to political campaigns. Texas law does not limit the amount donors may contribute to a candidate. The George P. Bush Campaign may not accept contributions from corporations, labor organizations, or foreign nationals who have not been granted permanent residence in the United States. The prohibition on corporate contributions also applies to other organizations, such as partnerships and LLCs, if they are owned by a corporation or include an incorporated member or partner.State law requires that the George P. Bush Campaign use best efforts to collect and report the full name and address, principal occupation or job title, and full name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $930 in a reporting period.By using this form, you affirm that you are making this contribution via a personal credit or debit card for which you have a legal obligation to pay, and not through a corporate or business entity card or the card of another person.
