Gina for Virginia may accept unlimited contributions from any individual, corporation, union, association, or partnership and is prohibited from accepting contributions from a foreign corporation. A foreign national may donate if the individual is a legal permanent resident (possesses a valid green card).
Virginia law requires all candidates to maintain a record of the name, mailing address, amount, occupation, employer and location of employer information for individuals, and business information (type of business and location) for non-individual contributions.
