1. The max contribution per election cycle to the committee is $8,325 per person and $16,650 per married couple.
2. My contribution is made from personal funds, not from a corporation, organization, or national bank.
3. I affirm that I am making this contribution via my personal credit/debit card, and I have a legal obligation to pay. I am not paying through a corporate/business card or the card of a different person.
4. I have not received any funds from any other entity or person to make this contribution. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes or as a charitable contribution.
5. I am a United States citizen, or a Green Card Holder who has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence and this contribution will not be reimbursed by another person.
6. Michigan law requires the committee to obtain, maintain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor as required by law.
