Grow the Majority (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Mike Johnson for Louisiana, American Revival PAC, NRCC General Account, Alaskans for Nick Begich, Theriault for Congress, Rob for PA, Merrin for Congress, Tom Barrett for Congress, ElectGabeEvans.com, Reddy for Kansas, Mercuri for Congress, Yvette4Congress, Derrick Anderson for VA, Inc., Joe Teirab for Congress, Judge Joe McGraw for Congress, Esposito for Congress, Niemeyer for Congress, George Logan for Congress, Scott Baugh for Congress, Kevin Lincoln for Congress, Mayra Flores for Congress, Laurie Buckhout for Congress, Coughlin for Congress, Mackenzie for Congress, Joe Kent for Congress, Paul Junge for Congress (the previous 23, collectively, the “2024 Candidates”), Congressional Leadership Fund’s Contribution Account (“CLF”), Friends of David Schweikert, Ciscomani for Congress, John Duarte for Congress, Valadao for Congress, Mike Garcia for Congress, Young Kim for Congress, Ken Calvert for Congress, Michelle Steel for Congress, Salazar for Congress, Iowans for Zach Nunn, John James for Congress, Zinke for Congress, Don Bacon for Congress, Kean for Congress, LaLota for Congress, DEsposito for New York, Lawler for Congress, Marc for Us, Brandon for Congress NY22, Lori Chavez-DeRemer for Congress, Brian Fitzpatrick for All of Us, Monica for Congress, Kiggans for Congress, Van Orden for Congress, (the previous 24, collectively, “Republican Incumbents”), NRCC Building Fund, Arizona Republican Party, California Republican Party Federal Acct., Republican Party of Florida, Illinois Republican Party – Federal, Republican Party of Iowa, Michigan Republican Party, Republican Party of Minnesota – Federal, Nevada Republican Central Committee, New Hampshire Republican State Committee, Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico, NY Republican Federal Campaign Committee, North Carolina Republican Party, Ohio Republican Party State Central and Executive Committee, Oregon Republican Party, Republican Federal Committee of Pennsylvania, Republican Party of Texas, Republican Party of Virginia, (the previous 17, collectively, the “State Party Committees”), NRCC Legal Proceedings Fund, and the Republican National Committee. Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee:
Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $668,800. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Mike Johnson for Louisiana’s General account, and American Revival PAC shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $6,600, or $3,300 each.
2. American Revival PAC shall receive the next portion of any contribution, up to an additional $1,700 annually. For the avoidance of confusion, American Revival PAC’s contribution shall not exceed $5,000 annually.
3. NRCC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $41,300 annually.
4. 2024 Candidates and CLF shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $79,200, with the 2024 Candidates designating up to $3,300 to the general election and CLF accepting up to $3,300 annually into its federal contribution account, provided such limits apply.
5. CLF shall receive the next portion of any contribution not exceeding $1,700 annually and deposit it into its federal contribution account. For the avoidance of confusion, CLF’s contribution shall not exceed $5,000 annually.
7. Republican Incumbents shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $79,200, designating up to $3,300 to the general election, provided such limits apply.
8. NRCC shall receive any contribution not to exceed $123,900 annually for its Building Fund, provided such limits apply.
9. State Party Committees shall receive for their federal accounts equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $170,000 annually.
10. NRCC shall receive any contribution not to exceed $123,900 annually for its Legal Proceedings Fund, provided such limits apply.
11. RNC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $41,300 annually.
Contributions Made by a Federal Multicandidate Political Committee:
Multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $540,000. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
12. Mike Johnson for Louisiana’s General account, and American Revival PAC shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $10,000, or $5,000 each.
13. NRCC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $15,000 annually.
14. 2024 Candidates and CLF shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $120,000, with the 2024 Candidates designating up to $5,000 to the general election and CLF designating up to $5,000 annually to its federal contribution account, provided such limits apply.
16. Republican Incumbents shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $120,000, designating up to $5,000 to the general election, provided such limits apply.
17. NRCC shall receive any contribution not to exceed $45,000 annually for its Building Fund, provided such limits apply. 18. State Party Committees shall receive for their federal accounts equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $170,000 annually.
19. NRCC shall receive any contribution not to exceed $45,000 annually for its Legal Proceedings Fund, provided such limits apply.
20. RNC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $15,000 annually.
Contributions to Grow the Majority or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The contributor’s signature designates his or her contribution to the elections described above. Contributions that exceed a donor’s contribution limit to a participating Committee shall be reallocated to the remaining Committees according to this allocation formula to the extent permitted by FECA. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participant Committee to the extent permitted by FECA. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
