About 2026 Amendment 3

In 2024, dark money groups funneled over $30 million into Missouri elections to pass an Amendment guaranteeing abortion as a constitutional right, with no protections for women harmed by abortion or children harmed by gender-altering surgeries with lifelong implications.

In 2026, Missourians will be asked to restore protections for women, children, and families by voting YES on Amendment 3, ultimately:

◦ Requiring abortion clinics to meet the standards for safety & cleanliness expected of medical facilities

◦ Ensuring parental or judicial consent for minors receiving services

◦ Prohibiting sex change operations on minors

◦ Severely limiting public funding for abortion services

◦ Limiting abortions to cases of emergency up to 12 weeks

This amendment rejects the mentality that abortion should be pushed on women at any time for any reason, and instead stands for compassionate, life-affirming support for ALL Missourians.

Her Health, Her Future is endorsed by the Missouri Catholic Conference Catholic Bishops and the Missouri Baptist Convention.
