Contributions must comply with applicable federal, California state, and local campaign-finance laws and regulations. Contributions from sources prohibited by applicable law will not be accepted. Contributions may be used to support H.E.A.T.'s lawful political and civic activities, including voter education and outreach, community engagement, government-accountability and transparency initiatives, public-safety advocacy, political communications, compliance and administrative operations, and initiatives concerning veterans, caregivers, families, small businesses, and the El Cajon community.
All contributions and expenditures are subject to applicable federal, California state, and local campaign-finance, reporting, disclosure, recordkeeping, contribution-limit, and political-advertising requirements.
Individual political advertisements and communications will include any additional disclosures required by applicable law.
