Maximum contribution for individuals is $1,000 per candidate per year. There is no limit on contributions by political action committees. State law requires that we collect and report name, mailing address, city and state of each contributor. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
