Contributions to Jessica K for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $10,500, which is $3,500 for the Primary 2026 election, and $3,500 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election. A couple may contribute up to $7,000 for the Primary 2026 election and $7,000 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election from joint funds. A multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute $5,000 for the Primary 2026 election and $5,000 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election. Contributions are subject to limitations and regulations set by the Federal Election Commission. Contributions from corporations, national banks, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), labor unions, and federal contractors are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
