FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES US TO USE OUR BEST EFFORTS TO OBTAIN AND REPORT THE NAME, ADDRESS, EMPLOYER AND OCCUPATION FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL WHOSE CONTRIBUTION(S) AGGREGATE IN EXCESS OF $200 DURING THE ELECTION CYCLE. Individuals may contribute a maximum of $7,000 per election cycle ($3,500 for the primary election and $3,500 for the general election). Couples may contribute up to $7,000 for each election; joint contributions require the signature of both spouses. Multicandidate federal PACs may contribute a maximum of $10,000 per election cycle ($5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election). Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, foreign nationals (without green cards) and other federally prohibited sources are not permitted. Contributions must be made from personal or PAC funds and may not be reimbursed by any person or entity. Contributions to Texans for Jodey Arrington are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
