Contributions to John King for Senate Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the following limits: the maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate PAC may contribute is $17,500, which is $3,500 for the 2026 primary election, $3,500 for the 2026 primary runoff election, $3,500 for the 2026 general election, $3,500 for the 2026 general runoff election, and $3,500 for the recount account; from a multicandidate PAC, the maximum amount is $25,000, which is $5,000 per election; from a couple, out of joint funds and with both signatures, the maximum amount is $35,000, which is $7,000 per election. Contributions in any amount from corporations, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, employer and occupation of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in the six-year federal election cycle.
