The Federal Election Commission (FEC) allows an individual to contribute up to $3,500 per election; a qualified political action committee may contribute up $5,000 per election. All contributions will be designated first to Primary 2026 Debt Retirement and second to Runoff 2026 Debt Retirement, provided they remain within contribution limits for each election. Federal Law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions from Federal government contractors are prohibited. No corporate checks or corporate credit cards may be accepted. Partnership and LLC contributions may be accepted under certain guidelines. Contributions are not considered charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
