I was a homeless, high school dropout. 

I destroyed my spine after falling 30 feet in a work accident.

I was immobile, disabled, & weighed in at 450+ pounds. 

And I was knocking on death’s door when Jesus Christ spared my life. 

My name is Josh Williams – I give all glory to GOD for turning my life around when I hit rock bottom. I prayed for strength & He delivered. 

A few short years later, I got my GED, graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law, married the love of my life, & became the first Black Republican elected to the Ohio State House in 50 years.

And as of a few weeks ago, I JUST launched my campaign for Congress in the most important House race in America. 

I humbly ask you to become a Founding Donor now that I officially announced my candidacy. 

When I say this is the biggest House race on the map, I mean it. The sitting Democrat here, Marcy Kaptur, has controlled this seat for longer than I’ve been alive.

President Trump won this district by over 6 points, & Kaptur barely squeaked by in 2024 by 0.7%. In other words, this seat is WINNABLE.
