Contributions to Karrin for Arizona are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,500 per election cycle, a couple may contribute up to $11,000 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $5,500, and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $11,000. A Mega PAC is a PAC that, due to the large number of contributors to it, is allowed by law to make larger contributions than a regular PAC. PACs and Super PACs must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State in order to contribute. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, and foreign nationals (non-green-card holders) are prohibited. Arizona law requires Karrin for Arizona's best efforts to obtain, maintain, and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any individual who contributes more than $50 in an election cycle.
