Political Contributions are not tax deductible. The maximum contribution per person per election cycle allowed by law is $2,100. Couples may contribute $4,200 per election cycle if both signatures are on the check. Contributions from Corporations, LLC’s and foreign nationals are prohibited. State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.
