Contributions to Kelly for Alaska are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,900 per election. Your contribution (up to $2,900) will be designated to the General 2022 election to account for General 2022 election debt retirement until such debt is retired. The remainder will be designated to the next election cycle. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
