2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions are not tax deductible. An individual may contribute up to $7,150 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited and contributions may not be reimbursed by any person or entity. We are required by law to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.
