Contributions to Kim Klacik for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $9,400 ($3,300 for the 2024 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired; $3,300 for 2024 primary election debt retirement, until such debt is retired; $2,800 for 2020 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired). Couples may contribute up to $18,800 ($3,300 each for the 2024 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired; $3,300 each for 2024 primary election debt retirement, until such debt is retired; $2,800 each for 2020 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired). Your contribution will be designated first for the 2024 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired. Any amount over $3,300 will be designated for 2024 primary election debt retirement, until such debt is retired, and any amount over $6,600 will be designated for 2020 general election debt retirement, until such debt is retired. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
