The maximum an individual or a federal non-multicandidate political committee may contribute to JFC is $303,600. The maximum amount a federal multi-candidate political action committee may contribute to JFC is $125,000. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
Contributions to JFC shall be allocated as follows:
1. The first $2,900 from any single individual’s contribution shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for debt retirement (to the extent lawful debts from that election remain outstanding). The next $3,300 shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $3,300 shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s general election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $5,000 shall go to Florida Freedom Fund PAC. The next $41,300 shall go to the NRCC. The next $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.
2. The first $5,800 from any joint individual contribution shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for debt retirement (to the extent lawful debts from that election remain outstanding). The next $6,600 shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $6,600 shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s general election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $10,000 shall go to Florida Freedom Fund PAC. The next $82,600 shall go to the NRCC. The next $247,800 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $247,800 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.

The first $5,000 from any multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for debt retirement (to the extent lawful debts from that election remain outstanding). The next $5,000 shall got to Laurel Lee for Congress, Inc.’s primary election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $5,000 shall go to Laurel Lee for Congress general election account for the 2024 election cycle. The next $5,000 shall go to Florida Freedom Fund PAC. The next $15,000 shall go to the NRCC. The next $45,000 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $45,000 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.
